Nearly 15 years of experience in the branding and design field including: brand strategy, packaging, print, web, collateral, identity development, 3D and exhibit/tradeshow design. Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and teams, while being flexible in the fast-paced design world. Involved in innovation sessions, brainstormings and consumer research in order to deliver effective and successful brand experiences.

  • Work closely with account services and strategist to ensure all deliverables are on task from both a creative and strategic standpoint.

  • Leverage participation in consumer intersects and research sessions to better solve client challenges through strategic and innovative design.

  • Brainstorm, develop and execute all 3TC Design branding and design materials to increase company recognition and brand awareness.

  • Led a collaborative team of creatives, strategist, account executives, photographer and web developer to launch the 3TC Design web site with the goal to increase new business opportunities.

  • Served as creative lead for 3M account, provided art direction on photo shoots, illustrations, package and print layouts while building and maintaining strong business relationships.

  • Attended research sessions to acquire deeper insights and better understanding of consumers’ decision making process and purchasing habits. Effectively communicated the creative and strategic thought process behind ideas that were presented to the team.
